- Chicken Salad Wraps
- 6th place winner at the Dixie Classic Fair!
- 8bonelesschicken breasts
- 1cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 cupssweet pickles chopped and drained
- 8 ribs celery chopped
- 1/3 cuponion flakes
- 1 1/2cupsmayonnaise
- 1/2 tspsalt
- 1/2bottleFar East Flair dressing
- Cook chicken breasts in vinegar until done. Chop and cool.
- Add chicken to chopped celery, pickles, onion flakes, salt, dressing and mayo. Mix well.
- Spoon mixture into tortilla and top with lettuce. Secure with toothpick.
